administrative assistants and middle management personnel.
As of 1995, Great Start in Brazil has also been consulting and coaching in the selection,
recruitment and placement of graduate and postgraduate executives (middle management level), mainly in the financial, marketing and sales, engineering and business administration areas of national and multinational companies. Perhaps we are best known for our work in start-up operations, where it is essential to have the best team available if the company is to get off on the right foot. We count on highly competent consultants in each field to assist us in our selection.
It is our endeavor not to just place a satisfactory candidate, but rather to identify the right person for each position to be filled and thus arrive at a definite solution. To this end, we offer a twelve month guarantee, during which time, the client should maintain close contact with us for any necessary problem solving
and coaching.
Our consulting fees, established together with our client prior to commencing the search and selection process, represent approximately between fifteen and twenty percent of an annual salary and are billed in the following manner:
The initial payment, equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the total fee, is paid after the interview between the client responsible for hiring the candidate and Great Start, but only upon accepting the assignment.
The second and final payment, (50%) will complete our established fees and is made at time of selecting the candidate and not on the effective starting date.
The importance given to the initial meeting with our client is what provides Great Start with a complete profile of the personal and cultural requirements, the workplace, a job description, other people involved, etc. We are then able to present pre-selected candidates normally within two weeks, since our aim is that our client resolve this problem in the most efficient manner possible.
Personal and Professional Evaluation and Coaching
Each candidate is personally interviewed by Great Start in order to establish personality traits, strengths and weaknesses. All candidates are guided through a self-examination process to identify any failing. Recommendations for specialized training, courses, etc. are made and followed up. The main objective of Great Start is to ensure that candidates are selected on the basis of what the client needs to fill his immediate personnel requirements. Therefore a thorough briefing session with the client is absolutely necessary to establish details. All interviewing and consulting is done in a caring and professional atmosphere. Great Start also places interview rooms at the disposal of clients, should this be the case.
